Create a Form
You can use our powerful form builder to set up forms for your clients to give you the information you need. You can ask clients for as much (or as little) information as you need.
Publish your form, send it to clients
Once you've set up your intake form, you can finalize it, then decide when to publish it. You can publish it right away, or set a future date to open—it's up to you.
Once you've published your form, your clients can fill it out. You can link to it from your social media, send it in emails, or do whatever else you like. Your clients will not have to sign up for anything. They can put in their email and fill it out, including embedding files.
Accept Gigs for Responses you like
As your interested clients fill out and submit forms, you will be able to see their responses. See a job you want to take? Accept it to create a gig, which lets you track the job. Your clients will be notified that you accepted!
When you create a gig, your clients get a secret link, which lets them access the gig on Commhex. From there, they can send you messages, read old messages, pay invoices—all the communication you need, in one convenient place. Want to use email instead? Your clients will also get a gig email address. Send an email to it, and it will show up on the gig page, just like the other messages. Attachments, of course, work too.
Send Invoices
Once you have a gig, you can build and send your client an itemized invoice. Clients can add tips, and we'll notify you when they pay it.
Commhex doesn't decide how you run your business. Require payment up-front, on delivery, half at the start and half later—it's all up to you!
Do your work!
That's it! You're ready to deliver your clients the good or service they commissioned from you. Whenever you finish the gig, just mark it as complete.
